You might ask the following questions.

Why it is important to know who I am?
We are often asked who we are, at job interviews and social introductions. We are often told who we are, by our parents, friends and colleagues. But are we truly what has been described?
An autobiography review of how we have arrived here today will show that we are indeed multi-layered and multi-dimensional, which we don’t often see. The more we know our layers and dimensions, the more we are aware of what drives our actions. From that knowledge, we could make better choices and learn to act with skill and purpose.
How does understanding myself help me be effective?
When we interact with the external world, our body and mind constantly process an enormous amount of information. We habitually pick up a few bold and familiar data while all the subtle ones go unnoticed. But when we pay attention to our emotions and sensations, we can be aware of a lot more of what our body already knows and tells us.
This process is about using self as instrument. As we make decisions to act based on what we perceive, a perception based on both intellect and intuition will guide us to respond appropriately to situations.
How do I apply to my work?
The way we are made up influences how we play our role in a specific system. Unknowingly we keep repeating familiar patterns that we learned in early roles. That sometimes doesn’t work well in the present situation.
A roles analysis examining our pattern of playing consecutive roles will illuminate the beneficial and not beneficial ways we still behave today. We look at the context, the system, and relationships in our work to see if the way we take up our role is effective or not effective, and where adjustment is to be made. We will tailor our personal style of leading.
