What do I do as a team dynamics consultant?
My primary care in team consulting is to facilitate the team's development, well-being and performance.
I provide psychological guidance and interventions to help teams uncover the hidden dynamics that drive our interactions. This helps them to be skillful in managing communication, collaboration, and overall effectiveness. As a result, the team can release its collective energy to attain organisational goals, while fostering a caring culture and enabling personal fulfillment; that being a way to make our world a better place.

I have many regrets managing teams in the past. Only if I knew then what I do today, many people, including myself, would have been happier; and that in turn would have influenced their performance differently. I wish to help you gain this knowledge earlier and prevent similar mistakes.
I integrate a diverse range of accademian and experiential practices. Tavistock's group relations is a psychoanalytic methodology to study the working of the unconscious dynamics in groups. Organisational psychology examines our behaviour as individual, group member and organisation’s member. Business management provides the insight to tasks and roles of the team in context.
I conduct my work in the Buddhist mindfulness, the way that I grew up in and continue to learn from. That forms a unique way of encouraging individual development in the collective care of organisations.
