Why Hidden Energy?
My work provides a process to help teams and individuals discover the power bottled up within, to look deeper into the habitual dynamics that drives our actions, to see what is productive to nurture and what is obstructing to channel away.
Feelings from fear, guilt, envy and competition drain a tremendous amount of energy from us every day while we in fact crave love, care, friendship and cooperation. But we are quite incompetent in handling feelings, and ineffective in managing our inner source of energy. We let the lack of understanding direct our behaviour, infect our relationships and disconnect us further.
How can we change this situation?
What can we do to have a handle on our emotions, behaviours, and relationships?
The prime focus of my programme Team Dynamics is on the cohesion of teams. The power of a team is not simply the sum of individual strengths. When people gather in groups, there is a whole new set of dynamics at play. Paying attention to that collective energy - noticing when it is gelling, when it is breaking up – will help us hold the team together, so we can do the work effectively.
Team leaders have the most significant influence on the team cohesion. Understanding how our actions are conditioned and how we impact others will help provide a safe ground for the team. Such a secure base will foster creativity, desire to excel, compassion and collaboration to succeed. My In-depth Coaching programme will help you gain a deeper self-awareness, develop a personal style of leadership and be at ease in your position.
I combine my academic education and life experience in business management, organisational psychology, group dynamics and Buddhist teaching. This forms a unique approach to support individual growth in the collective maintenance while building the organisation as a system of care.
As a community practice, my Compassionate Forum offers free consultation in a collective open space to anyone seeking fresh perspectives to answer a personal question, to find clarity on a problem, or to overcome an obstacle in their work of leading and managing themselves and their teams.
Beautiful lotuses elevate from mud.
Every piece of the lotus plant can be used for well-being.
Without mud, there is no lotus.
